By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

All plants are living items and may vary slightly in size, shape, and appearance from photos.

I do my absolute best to package each order with care, but please understand that minor cosmetic imperfections can happen during transit.

As a one-person shop, I personally handle every step—from plant care to packing to shipping—so I truly appreciate your patience, especially during busy seasons or large order volumes.

Processing times may vary depending on order size, weather, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Policy
I carefully plan shipping to give your plants the best chance of arriving happy and healthy.
Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–7 days

During peak seasons (spring through autumn), processing times may be longer
Shipping Schedule

Plant orders ship primarily on Mondays via UPS

Orders within WA, OR, and CA may also ship on Tuesdays
-
3D printed and non-perishable items may ship any day of the week via UPS or USPS
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on average package size and weight

Once a package leaves my hands, I cannot control carrier delays, but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong
Returns & Refunds
Because I ship live plants and custom orders, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, I absolutely care about your experience and want to make sure you feel supported.
If there’s an issue with your order:

For DOA (Dead on Arrival), severe damage, or shipping issues, I require:

A full unboxing video
